This is a multi-functional building that manages to combine innovative design and proper construction standards to facilitate the overall intent of encouraging a more human scale.
Facades have been articulated to reduce the massive scale & the one-dimensional appearance of the large retail buildings. The building also provides visual interest. The overall intent is to encourage a more human scale.
