CAD Technician – A computer-aided design or CAD technician uses CAD systems to create design plans for buildings and machinery. Essentially, involves the production of electronic versions of the technical drawings which a draughtsman would previously have created with pen and paper at a drawing board.

Site Supervisor – Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a building project. Alternatively, the post holder will be responsible for supervising a section of works on a building project reporting to the Site Manager/Site Agent.

Quantity Surveyor (Regional) – As a quantity surveyor you'll manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Site engineers are responsible for planning, marking out and levelling construction sites before any building work takes place.
